Leina, like many hip people of a certain age, was excited to go see Borat on opening day. Charles, too, was eager. So they went to Leina's favorite theater (because of the location, of course), Kabuki in Japantown, to see it. But alas, it was not to be. There was a hella long line and the movie sold out before they reached the front of it! Next time, she's buying her tickets online first. So instead, they saw A Good Year, a movie directed by the guy who did Alien and Blade Runner, about some boring English Russell Crowe who goes to France and restores a house and then restores his personality (a bit) and then falls in love. It was okay.
