What to cook?

Leina was inspired by her BBQed pork consumption last weekend. She announced that she is ready to try some real cooking. Not yaki soba, not stir fry, not japanese curry, not 'white stew.' Leina hopes to move on, to expand her repitoire ground beef and little chunks of chicken. This is still in the planning phases, but yesterday she was on the record inquiring "Cornish hens or seared halibut?"
